The customer wanted a facelift and consistency in page layouts. After initial consultation, we performed a site review, created a backup, updated / cleaned up plugins, and installed additional plugins as needed. With a clear understanding of the customers needs, we addressed each page providing consistency across headings / fonts and the overall look and feel.
We also discovered issues with the email configuration and corrected various issues. We provided consultation on email best practices when managing multiple inboxes and customer responses.
