- Sign Up via Google Form
- Participants enter their name, email, and phone number.
- They select either $10 or $20 squares.
- Available squares are displayed, and they choose their spots.
- A security question (generated via Apps Script) ensures valid submissions.
- Complete Payment
- Payments are processed through Cash App or Zelle.
- Squares are held for 30 minutes until payment is verified.
- Live Board Updates
- Google Sheets automatically updates purchased squares.
- Conditional formatting highlights:
✅ Green = Available
❌ Red (Bold) = Taken - Participants can check live availability before making a selection.
- Admin Automation & Tracking
- Payments are logged with timestamps.
- Names replace “OPEN” automatically in the live board.
- Reduces manual work and ensures full transparency.
